Join us for a new workshop diving into the BRITE assessment. 
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of critical elements that drive team effectiveness and the specific generative and disruptive factors that quantify team behavior.
  • Explore real team examples, gaining practical insights on how to use BRITE assessment results to help your clients supercharge their team effectiveness.
  • Engage in interactive group activities that will give you hands-on experience debriefing teams and selecting the best strategies for improving team effectiveness.
  • Learn "tips and tricks" for effective team coaching and how this differs from and integrates with individual coaching in a team environment.
Workshop sessions will take place in-person, beginning at 9:30 am and ending at 5:30 pm on Wednesday and beginning at 9:00am and ending at 5:00pm on Thursday and Friday session will begin at 8:30 am and end by noon.

Location is Leadership Circle headquarters at 132 14075 S Floor 4, Draper, UT 84020. As a courtesy to fellow cohort members, participants are expected to be present the entire time. 

ICF-Accredited for 13 CCE Units (6 Core Competencies; 7 Resource Development)

Workshop Policy

As a courtesy to fellow cohort members, participants are expected to be present the entire time.

  • CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    For any transfer requests made with written notice

    • 45 days prior to the start date of certification, there is no cost.
    • Within 45 days prior to the start date of certification or for 2nd and subsequent transfers, a fee of $100 will be assessed.

    Cancellations made in writing less than

    • 4 weeks prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 75% of price paid.
    • 2 weeks prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 50% of price paid.
    • 1 week prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 25% of price paid.
    • Cancellations made without written notice or a second cancellation will result in no refund. The Leadership Circle does not apply transfer fees, refunds, or credits towards any program other than public Leadership Circle Profile certification programs listed by The Leadership Circle for the US or Canada on its website.
