DEEP LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AT SCALE

Thriving organizations strategically develop leaders at all levels on an ongoing basis.

Designed specifically to equip leaders for success, individually and collectively, the Leadership Circle Leadership System program brings leaders together in a cohort experience for a series of highly interactive sessions over the course of nine months to a year (year over year, if desired). Through candid conversations, skill and competency development, peer-to-peer coaching, and more, leaders integrate their personal and professional development with realtime, real-life experience and insight. The program combines topics relevant to business issues, leadership development, and principles for scaling leadership success, accelerating and solidifying the gains that can be achieved by becoming more creative and effective leaders.

Leadership System has recently been upgraded, after being available for 10+ years. All components of program have been refreshed and now include new course material with a variety of choices, assessments, and support to address the challenges relevant to leadership teams today.

Requirements

Please Note: Leadership Circle Profile Certification is required to attend this program.

You must have experience be working with teams and facilitate leadership development programs.

Specific Program Requirements:

  • Attend the Certification in full and be fully present (no more than 1-hour may be missed)

Materials

The Certification fees include a full year license for unlimited use of materials to be used with your clients:

  • More than 20 workshop designs
  • 6 Assessments (for specific modules)
  • 7 online Learning Journeys (upskill opportunities for your clients)

We recommend that you offer 8 modules for a year long program. Four modules build the foundations and 4 are yours to choose from.

Process

1–Register & Get Pre-approved

2 –Attend In Person Certification Training (3 days)

3 –CONGRATULATIONS! You are now a Leadership System Certified Practitioner!

  • CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    For any transfer requests made with written notice

    • 45 days prior to the start date of certification, there is no cost.
    • Within 45 days prior to the start date of certification, a fee of $100 will be assessed.

    Cancellations made in writing less than

    • 4 weeks prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 75% of price paid.
    • 2 weeks prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 50% of price paid.
    • 1 week prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 25% of price paid.
    • Cancellations made without written notice or a second cancellation will result in no refund. The Leadership Circle does not apply transfer fees, refunds, or credits towards any program other than public Leadership Circle Profile certification programs listed by The Leadership Circle for the US or Canada on its website.
