This in-person session offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from co-founders Bill Adams and Bob Anderson, while engaging in a setting that reflects leadership in practice- hosted in partnership with Honda.

The Leadership Circle Profile™ Certification is designed to help you understand, work with, and confidently debrief the Leadership Circle Profile 360° assessment. Learn more about the LCP Certification here.


Across three days, you'll deepen your ability to support meaningful leadership development, both at the individual and system level. 

This certification is designed as a highly interactive experience. You'll engage in a mix of teaching, demonstration, practice, and reflection-allowing you to integrate  both the mindset and skillset required to work effectively with the profile. 

And because this is an in-person session, there is added space for connection, dialogue, and deeper learning with Bill Adams, Bob Anderson and peers. 

Event Description

Participants in this certification will learn how to:

  • Read and interpret the LCP with clarity
  • Deliver impactful debriefs that create insight and movement
  • Learn the Universal Model of Leadership
  • Understand the connection between Creative and Reactive patterns and leadership effectiveness
  • Work with the underlying assumptions that shape behavior
  • Support leaders in moving from awareness to sustained development

You will also gain hands-on experience practicing coaching conversations and applying the framework in real time.

Requirements

Please Note: Experience/education around 1 to 1 coaching for leadership or personal development is required to attend this program.

Specific Program Requirements:

  • The Leadership Circle Profile will take about 1-hour of your time to enter evaluators and complete the self-survey. Your evaluators (recommended 10-15) will take about 20 min each to complete the survey.
  • The debrief of your results will be 90-min and must be scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance
  • The e-learning course will take approximately 2 hours before and 3 hours after the Certification
  • Attend the Certification in full and be fully present

You must complete your pre-work requirements (the Leadership Circle Profile, debrief, e-learning modules) 1-2 weeks prior to Certification start date or you may be subject to a transfer to a different session

Process

  • Register & Get Pre-approved
  • Initiate Leadership Circle Profile (1 hr)
  • Schedule & complete 1:1 debrief (90-min) with Coach
  • Complete Pre-Certification e-learning course (2 hrs)
  • Attend Certification Training (24 hrs)
  • Complete Post Certification e-learning course (3 hrs)
  • CONGRATULATIONS! You are now a LCP Certified Practitioner!

  • REFER A COLLEAGUE / RECEIVE A FREE PROFILE

    Refer someone who completes Leadership Circle Profile Certification*, and you will receive a credit for a free Leadership Circle Profile assessment (up to a $500 USD retail value) that you can use with your clients after certification.

    *Referrals must not be an existing contact of Leadership Circle. Referrals must attend LCP Certification before a credit will be issued.

  • TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR VIRTUAL CERTIFICATIONS

    All Virtual Certifications are delivered via Zoom. After you register, you will be provided with further details such as your Zoom Meeting links, pre-course work, how to download electronic materials, and other key information.

    The virtual format does require a few things from you:

    • Make sure you have a solid internet connection with high speed, if possible.
    • Ensure your sound and video camera work on your laptop/computer. We will want to see and hear each other.
    • Download and familiarise yourself with Zoom so you’re ready to go from the first session.

  • CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    For any transfer requests made with written notice

    • 45 days prior to the start date of certification, there is no cost.
    • Within 45 days prior to the start date of certification or for 2nd and subsequent transfers, a fee equivalent to 9% of the workshop fee will be charged.

    Cancellations made in writing less than

    • 4 weeks prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 75% of price paid.
    • 2 weeks prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 50% of price paid.
    • 1 week prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 25% of price paid.
    • Cancellations made without written notice or a second cancellation will result in no refund. The Leadership Circle does not apply transfer fees, refunds, or credits towards any program other than public Leadership Circle Profile certification programs listed by The Leadership Circle for the US or Canada on its website.
