Step into the BRITE framework and learn to see a team as a dynamic energy system. In this focused virtual workshop, gain the working language, the lightbulb metaphor, and the rules of thumb you need to read a BRITE report at a glance and identify where a team’s development focus should land.

Engage in interactive breakouts and hands-on practice with the strategy cards. Learn how generators and disruptors shape team behaviour, and how to apply the 80/40 rule and SD ≤ 10 to coach the patterns you see.

  • Define a team within the BRITE framework as a dynamic system, not a sum of individuals.
  • Identify the five core elements of the BRITE model and explain their interdependence.

Process

  • Complete Pre-Certification e-learning course (1 hr)
  • Attend Certification Training (4 hrs)
  • Complete Post Certification e-learning course (1 hr)
  • CONGRATULATIONS! You are now a BRITE Foundations Certified Practitioner!

  • TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR VIRTUAL CERTIFICATIONS

    All Virtual Certifications are delivered via Zoom. Approximately 3 weeks before certification, you will be provided with further details such as your Zoom Meeting links, pre-course work, how to download electronic materials, and other key information.

    The virtual format does require a few things from you:

    • Make sure you have a solid internet connection with high speed, if possible.
    • Ensure your sound and video camera work on your laptop/computer. We will want to see and hear each other.
    • Download and familiarise yourself with Zoom so you’re ready to go from the first session.

  • WORKSHOP ATTENDANCE POLICY

    As a courtesy to fellow cohort members, participants are expected to be present the entire time. Failure to attend and participate in all sessions may also make you ineligible for relevant CCEUs.

  • CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    For any transfer requests made with written notice

    • 45 days prior to the start date of certification, there is no cost.
    • Within 45 days prior to the start date of certification or for 2nd and subsequent transfers, a fee equivalent to 9% of the workshop fee will be charged.

    Cancellations made in writing less than

    • 4 weeks prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 75% of the price paid.
    • 2 weeks prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 50% of the price paid.
    • 1 week prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 25% of the price paid.
    • Cancellations made without written notice or a second cancellation will result in no refund.
