Unity Academy is a community of transformation and a master practitioner school for Unity in-formed integral practice. Over the course of a year, academy participants will integrate learnings from many diverse traditions, including energetic healing, spiritual and wisdom traditions, quantum science, psychology, and shadow healing, all within the practice of leadership and organizational transformation. The academy consists of four residential workshops:

• Foundations serves as an introduction to and integration of the LCP, the STAGES Assessments, and the Unity in-formed integral model that underpin the Unity Academy. Faculty are Bob Anderson and Terri O’Fallon. Workshop is in-person from June 18-21, 2024.
• The Energetics of Embodied Presence and Dialogue workshop centers on expanding the human meta-capacities that allow leaders to become agents of transformation for their clients and organizations. Faculty are Bob Anderson, Donna Evans Strauss, and Joel Yanowitz. The workshop is in-person from Sept. 16-20, 2024.
• The Deep Process workshop builds upon the capability to be an intuitive presence and teaches coaches and consultants how to facilitate very deep process work with their clients. Faculty are Bob Anderson and Donna Evans Strauss. The workshop is in-person from Dec 4-6, 2024.
• Building on each of the previous workshops, Application and Manifestation goes beyond being informed by the field into practices that shape and “in-form” the field of manifestation. Faculty are Bob Anderson, Chris Thorsen, Donna Evans Strauss, and Bill Adams. The workshop is in-person from March 17-21, 2025.

The Unity Academy workshops will be held at Leadership Circle headquarters in Draper, UT. The workshops will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time except the last day which will run until 4:00 p.m. MT.

Unity Academy tuition is:
     Practitioner: $18,985
     Corporate: $28,475

Workshop Policy

As a courtesy to fellow cohort members, participants are expected to be present the entire time.

  • CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    Cancellations made in writing less than

    • 4 weeks prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 75% of price paid.
    • 2 weeks prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 50% of price paid.
    • 1 week prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund of 25% of price paid.
